LIMITED EDITION 2018
“Dragonglass Limited Edition is the perfect wine by the glass and a great introduction to our wine portfolio.”
Aged for 24 months in new French oak to achieve maximum roundness and elegance. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.
Medium to dark ruby, with captivating layers of red and purple hues. The nose is rich and refined, offering a stunning combination of fresh & semi-dried red & black fruit. Elegant & expressive, with floral notes of lavender & slightly dried rose petals. All beautifully balanced with uplifting eucalyptus, mint, & a hint of orange peel.
On the palate, it's full-bodied and intense, yet beautifully proportioned. Notes of cassis, blackberry, violets, chocolate, cinnamon, and candied orange unfold over a core of minerality, smoke, and earthy depth. Hints of licorice and spice enhance the long, elegant finish, marked by round and slightly dusty tannins.
Decanting recommended but not essential. Drink now or hold. Designed to age beautifully under optimal cellar conditions.
