Our Limited Release wine offers can be returned (full DG offer case) back to us within 1 month since the acquisition day for the following reasons: (i) order by mistake, (ii) duplicated order, (iii) changed my mind. Please note that shipping costs will be at your own expense.

Once you receive our RMA (return material authorization), please ship the full case back to us in its original packaging and we will be refunding you as soon as we receive the full case (PACK) and we check & confirm the condition of the contents.

Please note the refund can take up to 21 days to be reimbursed in your bank account (this period is controlled by the bank and not Dragonglass).

Our Limited Release wine offers are delivered within 3 months upon the customer’s purchase. Within this timeline, we prepare all orders manually to ensure maximum quality and proper supervision by Dragonglass before handing over the assets to the shipping company.
