About the Wines
Our limited-edition wines in this exclusive offer come from a unique pre-phylloxera vineyard with over 100 years of age. Situated just 5 meters across from the world’s renowned Termanthia vineyards of the Numanthia winery in Spain which, in the 2004 vintage, received the perfect score of 100 points by the most well-regarded wine gazette globally. LVMH acquired the Numanthia winery in 2008.
The Toro Region in not only recognized in Spain, as it has won many accolades internationally. Their spectacular quality derives from exceptional vineyards, some of them planted in 1889, and from a unique winemaking expertise.
Ultra-premium Spanish wine is a very dynamic category, and the Toro region in Spain offers a lot of untapped potential for creating top-end wines and developing high-value exports.

The 2017 Dragonglass Black Series Edition comes from ancestor vines of over 130 years of age. It was aged for 28 months in new French oak and then transferred to older and larger French oak vats to achieve maximum finesse and opulence. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.
