Roberto Uzcategui
CEO & Co-Founder

Roberto is the Chief Dragon of Dragonglass, bringing over 20 years of experience in the global luxury ecosystem along with fine wine expertise as a certified sommelier (WSET). He oversees wine production, distribution, and brand design, while cultivating and forging long-term relationships with private collectors, luxury hotels, and elite restaurant groups around the world. Roberto specializes in crafting and marketing Dragonglass fine wines – seamlessly blending Old-World tradition with New-World innovation. Driven by a clear vision to redefine the luxury wine experience for the world’s most prestigious properties, he also leads our global Brand Ambassador Program – building a community that lives and shares the Dragonglass story.
Trevor Healy
Chairman & Co-Founder

Trevor is the Chairman of the Court of the Dragons, Napa Valley wine proprietor, and a certified sommelier (WSET). He works closely with our team of viticulturists and winemakers to ensure uncompromising quality in every vintage. He has a passion for building companies and works with founders and CEOs to grow their companies to be the best they can be. Trevor actively supports the ambitions of emerging artists and has written his first anthology of poetry and is in the process of writing a historical fictional novel set in Ancient Rome. In addition, he is an entrepreneur and investor with 14 exits.
Michael Topolos
Head Viticulturist

Michael Topolos has devoted his life to the development of many dozens of World Class Vineyard Properties in Napa and Sonoma Counties. His care and understanding of Organic and Biodynamic vines is well known. His hope for the grapes is to achieve some greatness in your glass”. First person to write a book on Napa Valley wines back in 1974 and a pioneer in organic farming in Napa Valley.
Lucas Topolos
Director of Field Operations

Since his youth, Lucas Topolos has been deeply emerged in the Northern California wine industry. From the time he could walk he was spending time in the vineyards helping his family develop and maintain vineyards across Napa, Sonoma, and Mendocino Counties. He spent six years as a tasting room manager at Little Vineyards Family Winery in the heart of Sonoma Valley. Lucas helped plant the Dragonglass estate vineyards in Napa and currently oversees daily operations for those properties.
