01

Viticulture

Sourced from centenary vines of over 100 years of age, grown on their own ungrafted rootstock.

Exclusively manual harvest with rigorous pre-selection at the vineyard, followed by meticulous table selection. Continental climate with Atlantic influences; stony, sandy and clay-rich soils of tumbled sandstone, clay and limestone conglomerate at 700–800 m altitude.

02

Vinification & Élevage

Aged for 24 months in new French oak to achieve maximum roundness and elegance. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.

03

Tasting Analysis

Medium to dark ruby, with captivating layers of red and purple hues. The nose is rich and refined, offering a stunning combination of fresh and semi-dried red and black fruit. Elegant and expressive, with floral notes of lavender and slightly dried rose petals. All beautifully balanced with uplifting eucalyptus, mint and a hint of orange peel.

On the palate, it's full-bodied and intense, yet beautifully proportioned. Notes of cassis, blackberry, violets, chocolate, cinnamon, and candied orange unfold over a core of minerality, smoke, and earthy depth. Hints of licorice and spice enhance the long, elegant finish, marked by round tannins.

04

Cellaring & Service

Decanting recommended but not essential. Drink now or hold. Designed to age beautifully under optimal cellar conditions.
