Aged for 28 months in new French oak, followed by 18 months in large used French oak vats for enhanced roundness and elegance. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.

Deep purple core with fluorescent hues, offering exceptional clarity and depth. Initially reserved, it gradually unfolds in the glass, revealing layers of concentration, minerality, freshness, and finesse.

The nose is very expressive and floral, with fresh liliums, rose petals, lavender, and violets, layered over licorice and graphite – and a hint of truffle. Herbal tones of eucalyptus, thyme, and menthol add freshness, depth, and complexity.

The palate is very seductive and vibrant, showing blackberry, strawberry cheesecake, black cherry, and cassis. Full-bodied with remarkable tension and a spherical structure. Velvety tannins emerge with aeration. Notes of dark chocolate, mocha, and toffee lead into a long, mineral-driven finish with pronounced graphite and finesse.

Multi-dimensional and focused, with a long, elegant finish – a stunning fusion of power and elegance. Built to age beautifully. We only wish we could have made more.
