Our Limited Release wine can be returned (full DG case) back to us within 1 month since the purchase date for the following reasons: (i) order by mistake, (ii) duplicated order, (iii) changed my mind. Please note that shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
Once you receive our RMA (return material authorization), please ship the full case back to us in its original packaging and we will refund you as soon as we receive the full case (PACK) and we check & confirm the condition of the contents.
Please note that refunds can take up to 21 days (depending on the bank used for the transaction).

Delivery time on our Limited Releases varies depending on the country and city of destination – each destination has a different transit and clearance time. For pre-orders, the release date will be published on our website and our customers will be informed accordingly. All our orders are prepared manually to ensure maximum quality and proper supervision before handing over to our shipping partner.
